Gloss “Ghost” Z1 build

Steve’s frame was featured in a previous post when it arrived. While cruising to work on his Moots PsychloX (complete with front disc!), he set about planning and collecting his ideal set of components.  He then patiently built it in “the shed” when work and family permitted.

He has used a primarily Record groupset, Thomson post and stem and EDGE bar. He also has a surprising passion for carbon shell saddles (submit your theory for this here) while not particularly interested in weight.

The end result is a very pleasing birthday present of 6.8kg at birth.

In some the images we have manipulated some of the images to show the graphics and the behaviour of what is an apparently plain black in various light conditions.
